Security for ontracksy.com is straightforward: the Site is static files with no backend, no database, no login, and no user data collection, so there is very little attack surface to begin with.

What there is to secure

  • No server-side code, no database, no accounts — nothing here processes or stores user data beyond the single local theme preference described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The Site is served over HTTPS.
  • No third-party scripts or embeds run on this Site.

The ontracksy product

The actual product, at the ontracksy browser extension (Chrome Web Store / Edge Add-ons), is a separate system with its own security model and its own security page, reachable from within it.
